Please Note that all Catering Requests require a 24 Hour Notice in advance. While we need a 15-person minimum for catering, please contact Andrew Flores (andrew@aromascoffeeco.com) if your party does not meet this requirement so we can further assist with your order. Approval by the customer of the quote needs to be made before we can proceed. For each business day, the cut-off time to place orders is 2 pm. We deliver Monday - Friday from 6 am - 6 pm. We currently do not offer weekend catering.

As we look forward in our next business venture, we have stepped into the Catering Industry here at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles. We are excited to bring a fresh, healthy, and tasty catering menu that our doctors, nurses, volunteers, and visitors can enjoy!
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. An 85% refund will be granted once the written request is received. Minimum of two business days prior to the event. If a written cancellation request is not received within two days prior to the event, the registrant will be liable to pay the entirety of the charges. Any requested changes needed to made to the order, must be made within two business days prior to the set event date.
